Tips which help you pay correctly through the Internet network via RADABANK cards!

It is required to allow online payments from your card by following these steps:

Log into the RB24 Online system, in “My cards” menu, select the required card.
In “Card rules” menu, click “+ Add” button.
Select “Allow payments online”, specify the necessary date and enter the transaction confirmation code.

For greater convenience, use a special Virtual card. Just transfer the necessary money amount to it and do not worry about your main card account, because you do not specify it anywhere!

You can issue the card for Internet payments

A virtual card is a card for making payments for goods and services on the Internet. Moreover, the card does not exist as a physical object, which provides a guarantee against its theft and unauthorized use for fraudulent purposes by third parties.

When paying by a Virtual card in an online store or a paid server, you must specify a unique CVV2 code (a three-digit number which will be provided to you at the Bank).

Be careful and do not share your personal data. For purchases on Ukrainian websites, it is sufficient to specify the card number, expiration date and CVV2 code, which is written on the back of the card next to the 4 last digits of the card number.

For security reasons, never give your card CVV2 code to unauthorized persons!

What to do if a bank card is not accepted?

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 878 dated 09.29.2010 Business entities engaged in the goods sales, catering and services which, in accordance with the law, use payment transactions registrars, must make the transition to the mandatory acceptance of special means of payment for settlements for sold goods (provided services).

Exceptions:

  • catering establishments of a closed type, which serve a certain contingent of consumers, in particular, personnel of the Armed Forces and other military formations, students, pupils and teachers of higher, vocational and technical educational institutions, workers of industrial enterprises, and commercial companies;
  • commercial institutions with sales area up to 20 sqm. (except gas stations);
  • business entities engaged in economic activities in settlements with a population of less than 25 thousand people.

How to protect the card payments right::

  1. Record the violation:
  • write a statement in the company`s book of reviews and proposals
  • it is required to specify your details, where to send a response to the complaint (residential address, contact phone number, email).
  1. To submit a claim (letter of complaint) in which it is required to:
  • describe the violations (indicate the date of the violation and its essence, questions, comments, suggestions, statements or complaints, requests or demands);
  • specify the details of the company (location, name, TIN or EDRPOU code) – they can be found in the consumer’s corner;
  • specify the contact details of the consumer (residential address, contact phone number, email).
  1. Send the claim (letter of complaint):
  • addressed to the Chairman of the State Consumer Goods Protection Service of Ukraine, indicating the fact of your rights violtaion in accordance with Part 2 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”;
  • in paper form to the central office of the State Foodstuffs Service (at 01001, Kiev, B. Grinchenko str., 1), or its territorial subdivisions (their addresses can be found on the website of the State Foodstuffs Consumer Services: www.consumer.gov.ua;
  • in electronic form via e-mail head@consamer.gov.ua.

The Consumer Goods Protection Authority carries out an inspection of the complaint and informs you about results of the appeal consideration within 30 days.

Employees of the State Consumer Goods Service can contact you to find out additional information regarding the application if neccessary.
