Set of three silver commemorative coins, “State Symbols of Ukraine,” in a case
This set of three silver commemorative coins is dedicated to the main symbols of Ukrainian statehood—the coat of arms, the flag, and the anthem—as integral components of national identity, deeply rooted in the culture, history, and mindset of the Ukrainian people. The trident, as the symbol of Vladimir the Great’s Princely State, embodies historical continuity, spiritual unity, and the Ukrainian people’s aspiration for freedom and self-determination. The flag, combining blue and yellow, signifies Ukraine’s well-being, natural riches, and prosperity. These are the colors of the clear sky and wheat fields, which were officially adopted as early as on the flag of the Ukrainian People’s Republic. Over the past century and a half, the patriotic song “Ukraine Has Not Yet Perished” has become a powerful symbol of the struggle for independence, inspiring our people to unity and strengthening their sense of national pride.
