Don’t forget your passport or ID card (for amounts of 400,000 UAH or more, you’ll need documents confirming the source of the funds).
You’ll receive a gold bar with a manufacturer’s certificate and all the necessary documentation.

How can you tell if a bar is genuine?

All gold bars at Radabank are exclusively stamped, come with official international certificates, and are in their original factory packaging. The bank uses professional equipment for verification and operates under the supervision of the National Bank of Ukraine.

What documents are required for the purchase?

To issue a receipt, you will need a form of identification—such as a passport, driver’s license, or Diya card. This is sufficient for purchases up to 400,000 UAH.
If the purchase amount exceeds 400,000 UAH, you will also need documents confirming the source of the funds.

After the transaction, you will receive an official bank receipt—a document confirming the legal origin of the gold for financial monitoring purposes.

Do I need to reserve a bar in advance, or can I just walk in?

You need to reserve the bar in advance. Submit a request. A manager will contact you, confirm availability, secure your reservation, and arrange a convenient time.

Do you buy back gold bars? What if the packaging is damaged?

Yes, we buy them.
We have a two-grade system: Grade 1 consists of ingots in undamaged packaging, while Grade 2 consists of ingots with scuffs or damage. Details.
A separate exchange rate is set daily for each grade.

Where can I store the bar after purchasing it?

At home in a safe or in a personal safe deposit box at Radabank.
It’s very convenient: you can rent a safe deposit box immediately after purchasing a gold bar at the same branch, without even leaving the bank.
