Risk-Based Approach: Implementing a risk-oriented approach during financial monitoring activities.

Inevitability of Freezing Assets: Ensuring the application of measures to freeze assets related to terrorism and its financing, as well as the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and its financing.

RADABANK as an entity of primary financial monitoring, is committed to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of its clients by employing a legal framework designed to prevent and counteract the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from criminal activities, terrorist financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction

The relationships arising in the sphere of prevention and counteraction are governed by the Constitution of Ukraine, international treaties ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Terrorist Financing, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction," other laws, and regulatory acts enacted in their execution.
