Shield of Achilles, Epic Artefact — Silver Coin in Case 2026
This exceptional silver coin is a monumental embodiment of one of the most famous artifacts of ancient mythology - the shield of Achilles. Inspired by the description of the shield from Homer's poem "Iliad", the design of the coin recreates the entire universe in metal: space and earth, peace and war, labor and harvest, vineyards, nature and the Ocean that encompasses everything around.
The coin has a convex shape, reminiscent of a real shield, and is made of silver. Its design is complemented by 24-carat gold plating, patination, ultra-high relief and a jewelry insert made of Ag 925 silver, thanks to which the composition acquires a distinct sculptural depth and ancient grandeur. The coin comes in a case with a certificate of authenticity. The circulation is limited to only 500 copies worldwide.
