Securities for Business:

MDGBs present a popular choice over traditional bank deposits for businesses, thanks to their high returns and government protection. MDGBs are available in both the hryvnia and foreign currencies. Essentially, MDGBs are state securities.

Currently, investing in MDGBs stands as one of the most secure investment avenues, with the Ministry of Finance guaranteeing timely redemption and interest payments according to the issuance terms, regardless of the investment amount.

Another advantage of this instrument is the high liquidity of the MDGB market, allowing securities to be sold at any time at market value.

How to Purchase?

Open a securities account with the Bank.

Sign a general agreement for investment services with the bank.

Select MDGBs (currency, quantity, maturity, etc.) and submit a purchase application.

Transfer funds for the purchase of MDGBs.

Following these steps, the Bank will conduct the transaction on behalf of the Client, acquire the MDGBs, and credit them to the securities account. This entire process takes about 3 days.

At the term's end, the Ministry of Finance will credit the Client's bank account with the nominal value of the securities plus accrued interest.
